These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gentech website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using https://gentechais.in and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Gentech provides AI development, web development, mobile app development, cloud services, IT staffing, and related software consulting services. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Upon full payment for services, you receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks. We may request permission to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign NDAs before project discussions.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical arrangements include milestone-based payments or monthly retainers. All payments are due within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Gentech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. For custom development projects, we provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after project delivery, excluding issues caused by third-party modifications or hosting environment changes.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you are entitled to all work product completed up to the termination date, subject to payment for work completed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
