Built a voice AI pipeline with real-time speech-to-text, LLM-based conversation management, and text-to-speech output with natural-sounding Indian English and Hindi.

Integrated with their CRM (Zoho) so the agent could read lead details before the call and write back the qualification results, call transcript, and next action.

Set up automatic call triggering: when a new lead form was submitted, the system initiated the outbound call within 30 seconds via a telephony API.

Integration & Architecture
The AI calling agent was wired into the existing Zoho CRM via its REST API. When a new lead was created in Zoho, a webhook triggered the calling pipeline. The call result — qualification score, schedule, transcript — was written back to the same CRM record so agents had full context.
